Frances has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. Frances has a wealth of experience assisting others with maximizing their potential within the home and community. Frances has a successful background in counseling, customer service, and supervisory skills which is a direct result of maintaining the highest level of dedication and integrity to all clients. Frances is fluent in English and Spanish and currently serves as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth at large.
